1. Introduction
Welcome to MapleBridgeWork ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") regulate your utilization of our yacht charter services and website at maplebridgework.site (the "Service") under the management of MapleBridgeWork.
By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to adhere to these Terms. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, then you are not granted permission to use the Service.
2. Service Overview
MapleBridgeWork offers first-class yacht charter services, including but not limited to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Multi-day charters
All services are subject to availability and climate conditions. We retain the right to change or cease services at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a charter, you must:
- Be a minimum of 18 years old
- Supply precise and complete data
- Make the necessary deposit as stated in your booking acknowledgement
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed solely when payment is received and you get our written confirmation. We have the authority to deny service to any individual at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters depend on the accessibility of the vessel and suitable weather conditions. We will make earnest attempts to accommodate your favored dates and timings.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in € and cover applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are liable to alterations without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost due at the time of booking
- Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours before departure
- Other fees (if any): Due after the charter concludes
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted mechanisms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing expenses
- From 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In case our captain assesses the weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:
- Renew your charter for another available date at no additional expense
- Offer a complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If there are mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will attempt to organize a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers must:
- Adhere to all directions from the crew
- Utilize provided safety gear when necessary
- Declare any medical conditions that might impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas of the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed on board:
- Glass vessels
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
- Pets (unless pre-authorized)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a considerate manner. We hold the right to end a charter ahead of schedule without refund if passenger conduct endangers safety or disrupts the experience for other patrons.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our accountability is confined to the payment made for your charter. We do not hold responsibility for:
- Injuries due to passenger carelessness
- Theft or harm to personal belongings
- Indirect, secondary, or punitive losses
- Delays due to weather or situations beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We have a comprehensive marine insurance policy that insures our vessels and operational activities. Passengers are accountable for their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By partaking in our charter services, you acknowledge that marine activities come with intrinsic risks and you take responsibility for your own security and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We hold the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or timetables based on climatic conditions, safety concerns, or operational demands. We will make every attempt to offer equivalent alternatives if necessary.
9. Force Majeure
We are not answerable for interruptions, cancellations, or changes brought about by events outside our control, which include but are not limited to:
- Severe weather events
- Natural disasters
- Government directives
- Port disruptions
- Technical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By availing of our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as elucidated in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Content on our website such as text, graphics, logos, and imagery is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without our explicit consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are upheld by the laws pertinent in Monaco. Conflicts will be resolved in the courts situated in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
13. Changes to Terms
We have the authority to alter these Terms at any of our discretion. Amendments will be announced on our website with the revision date updated. Continual use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
